Discover and share your team’s Social Styles to Optimize Team Dynamics

The CliftonStrengths Teambuilding Workshop is based on the CliftonStrengths assessment, a psychometric profiling methodology developed by Gallup. Grounded in over 50 years of research, this causal-based tool identifies each participant’s natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving to reveal their unique combination of talents.

By completing the CliftonStrengths online assessment, participants:

  • Discover their natural strengths and learn how to develop them.
  • Gain a deeper appreciation for differences in how colleagues see and approach the world.
  • Use their results to improve collaboration, adapt their communication style, and leverage team strengths more effectively.

The science behind Social Styles

Social Styles is a causal-based psychometric tool validated through extensive workplace research:

  • Developed from over 50 years of behavioral science studies, focused on decision-making, communication, and workplace performance.
  • Backed by TRACOM Group research, demonstrating a clear link between versatility skills and measurable improvements in collaboration, conflict resolution, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Studies show that individuals who increase versatility skills (the ability to adapt to others’ styles) experience better team performance, higher influence, and stronger leadership impact.
  • Its causal basis ties specific, observable behaviors directly to workplace outcomes, making it highly practical for team development and leadership training.
